Our stoneware glazes were developed for use in schools and by clay artists concerned with high quality, color selection, glaze fit, and value. These glazes have a rich, creamy, touchable texture that wraps around and fits our line of mid-range clays. They're easy to use in brushing, pouring or dipping applications. These colors also produce dramatic effects when combined with our GLW Sculptural cone 5-6 glazes.
The clay body for the sample pieces is Georgies G-Mix 6, fired in oxidation to witness cone 6. Color will vary when fired over different clay bodies or in different firing atmospheres. These glazes are all food-safe.
Discounts are available for multiples of the same item number if you buy 6 of each or 12 of each glaze color. Mixing product numbers will not get price breaks. Prices will show up in your cart. This does not include kits which are already discounted.
We offer 3 Clear Glazes for your work! - PG629 Super Clear, PG630 Zinc-Free Clear, & PG654 No More Tears Clear. See descriptions for each down below to choose the one that works for what you are doing. We also offer these clear glazes in dry form, in 50# bags only. Call for pricing and availability.
We can make most of these glazes in ~50# bags of DRY - contact us for availability and plan at least 2 weeks for lead time. Dry glazes vary in bag size due to the weight of the materials. Click Georgies Dry Glazes to shop these glazes.
No-Gum glazes are available for our clear and a few colors (as indicated below). Discounts are only available if you buy the whole batch (which will range from 7-12 gallons). These are made in small batches, so please call us for cost and availability.

Glossy, opaque. A stable white glaze to use as a base, a liner or an overlap with other glazes. Food-safe. Really White has the same base as Perfect White, but uses a different opacifier, resulting in a less expensive No-Gum-only option. Available in dry. |
